How is this different from the Bootcamp?

The Bootcamp trains a team in one day. The custom programme takes over when one day isn't enough: a leader to coach, several teams to train, a specific role, or upskilling over several months. We keep the same fundamentals, with time to go much further.

How much does a custom programme cost?

From €3,000 excl. VAT, on quotation. The price depends on the format, the number of teams and the duration. Everything is costed before you sign.

How long does a programme last?

From a few weeks to several months. Leadership coaching often runs at two hours every fortnight, while support for several teams can extend beyond three months. We set the pace around your schedule.

Do you offer one-to-one coaching for leaders?

Yes. A leader or manager is coached one-to-one, on their own work, at a regular pace. They start by mastering the subject themselves, then choose the priority use cases and lead the roll-out in their company.

Can you train several teams or several sites?

Yes. We lay a shared foundation for everyone, then run a workshop per team or department, on one or several sites. Each team works on its own use cases, and we follow up with each one a month later.

Can you train a specific role?

Yes, and that's actually where AI makes the biggest difference. We build the programme around the role's real-world situations, not generic AI training. The Maintenance technician training is already available, designed and delivered with EM Lyon. For any other role, we build it with you.

Which tools?

The ones you already use: Copilot, Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT. If your teams don't all have the same tools, we adapt each workshop.

How is the proposal put together?

In three steps. A conversation to understand your needs, your teams and your constraints. An assessment of your teams' actual level and usage. Then a proposal with a format and a schedule built for you.

Is the custom programme fundable by your OPCO?

Yes, depending on the format, your sector and your size. StratIA is Qualiopi certified (QUA009710) and provides the programme, agreement, attendance sheets and certificates.

What if the training uncovers projects to automate?

It happens often, and StratIA can take them on: assessment, agents, automations. With a team that already knows your people and your context.
