StratIA Formations endeavours to keep the Site accessible 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be suspended, in particular for maintenance, updates or technical constraints, without StratIA Formations incurring any liability.

5. Use of the Site

Users undertake to use the Site:

  • in accordance with the laws and regulations in force
  • fairly and in line with its intended purpose
  • without infringing the rights or reputation of StratIA Formations or of third parties

The following are prohibited in particular: any attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, any automated or large-scale extraction of content, any use of the forms for prospecting, spam or identity theft, and any action likely to disrupt the operation of the Site.

Users guarantee the accuracy of the information they provide through the Site's forms.

6. Interactive tools and AI-generated content

The Site provides free tools powered by artificial intelligence models, including a use case generator.

Users are informed that:

  • the information they enter is sent to an artificial intelligence model provider in order to produce the requested result
  • it is their responsibility not to enter any confidential data, trade secrets, personal data relating to third parties or sensitive data
  • the results are generated automatically, provided for guidance only, may contain inaccuracies, and constitute neither an audit, a diagnosis nor professional advice
  • no business decision should be made solely on the basis of these results
  • StratIA Formations does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or originality of the generated content, and accepts no liability for any use made of it

The generated report is made available to the user for internal professional use. It may not be sold or published without prior written consent.

Using these tools may involve the collection of professional contact details, under the conditions described in Article 11.

7. Relationship with the sale of training

These Terms govern the use of the Site only.

No enrolment in a training course is concluded simply by using the Site. Every training service is subject to a separate contractual document (a vocational training agreement or a training contract, as applicable), governed by the general terms and conditions of sale and the internal rules applicable to trainees, available here: T&Cs LINK.

In the event of any conflict, the general terms and conditions of sale prevail over these Terms for all matters relating to the contractual training relationship.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, videos, icons, sounds, software and the structure of the Site, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of StratIA Formations or its partners.

The same applies to the training materials, programmes, exercises, assessment grids and prompt libraries published or referred to on the Site.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement.

The trademarks, names and logos appearing on the Site are protected. Any unauthorised use is prohibited. The Qualiopi logo may only be used by the holder of the certification, under the conditions set by the French Ministry of Labour.

Linking to the Site is permitted provided that it does not harm the image or interests of StratIA Formations and does not suggest a partnership that does not exist.

9. Liability

StratIA Formations makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness or currency.

StratIA Formations cannot be held liable for:

  • direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Site
  • any errors or omissions on the Site
  • damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion into its systems by a third party
  • decisions made by users on the basis of the Site's content or the results produced by the tools referred to in Article 6
