Contact and information request forms
- Data: surname, first name, job title, company, email, phone number, message.
- Purpose: to respond to your request and send you a proposal.
- Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Placement test and online assessment tools
- Data: questionnaire answers, professional contact details.
- Purpose: to assess participants' level and build a tailored learning path.
- Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures, then performance of the training contract.
Use case generator tool
- Data: information you enter about your business.
- Purpose: to produce a personalised report and get back in touch with you.
- Legal basis: consent. Your entries are sent to an artificial intelligence model provider to generate the report. Do not enter any confidential or sensitive data.
Training management
- Data: identity, job title, employer, attendance, assessment results, answers to satisfaction questionnaires, certificates of attendance.
- Purpose: to organise and deliver the training, issue certificates of attendance, and demonstrate the quality and actual delivery of the training to funders, OPCOs, public authorities and the certification body.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations, in particular those arising from Part Six of the French Labour Code (Code du travail).
Business prospecting and newsletter
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in a professional context, or consent.
Audience measurement and marketing tracking
- Legal basis: consent, obtained via the cookie banner.
4. Recipients
Data is processed by the STRATIA CONSEIL SAS teams and by its technical service providers acting on its behalf: website hosting, appointment booking tool, emailing tool, customer relationship management tool, artificial intelligence model providers, audience measurement.
Certain training-related data may be shared with the relevant funders, in particular OPCOs, with public authorities as part of the annual educational and financial report (bilan pédagogique et financier), and with the certification body ICPF during Qualiopi audits.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some service providers are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Retention periods
- Prospects and business contacts: 3 years from the last contact
- Training participants and related supporting documents: for the duration of the contractual relationship, after which supporting documents are kept for the statutory administrative and accounting audit periods
- Cookies and trackers: 6 months for consent, 13 months maximum for cookies placed, 25 months maximum for the data derived from them
