A French SME and a San Francisco company use the same AI models . The difference lies in your teams : knowing where AI adds value, choosing the right tool, and using it in real work.

We build it from four choices.

  • Your tool

    Copilot, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT

    Copilot, Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT.

  • Your sector

    Industry, Finance, Real estate, Retail

    Industry, finance, real estate, retail…

  • Your level

New to AI, Uses it sometimes, Uses it every day

A self-assessment sent beforehand tailors the content to your team.

  • Your team

    Management, Department heads, Finance, Sales

    Management, department heads, finance, sales…

These four choices shape every exercise.

In the morning, we understand and get hands-on. In the afternoon, we apply it to your cases.

Morning

  1. Understanding AI

How models work, what they can do and their limits, the role of data, confidentiality and security.

  2. Using the tools

Getting to grips with your tool, phrasing a request, giving the right context, making answers reliable.

Afternoon

  1. Applying it

Your tool's advanced features, directly in your documents, spreadsheets, presentations and emails.

  2. Your cases and your first agents

Your work and your roles, building your first AI agents, and the tools that complement your main tool.

This is a sample programme. Yours is built from the self-assessment: a team new to AI spends more time on the fundamentals, a team already comfortable moves faster to its use cases. Either way, it builds its first agents.

By the end of the day, your team knows how.

A team working on laptops around a large wooden table.
  • Understand how AI works. What it can do, what it can't, and why. Foundations that stay valid as the tools change.
  • Know where it adds value. The answer to “yes, but in my job, to do what?”. Everyone leaves with the tasks where AI saves them time, or lets them do what they couldn't do before.
  • Leave with a concrete vision. Not another demo, but cases tested on your own documents, ready to apply the following week.
  • Grasp the full power of the tools. How far your main tool goes, and what other AI tools can add alongside it.
  • Safely. What you can and can't entrust to AI, confidentiality, GDPR.

What we've seen at our clients.

  • The technical proposal

    At an industrial metalwork company

    Today
The account manager starts from an old proposal and spends two days adapting it to the new specifications.
    With AI
He provides the specifications and his last two proposals, and a solid first draft is ready within the hour.
    What it changes
He responds to more tenders, and better.
  • Service reports

    With maintenance technicians

    Today
Technicians fill in their reports by hand, and the information stays locked inside them.
    With AI
They dictate the job, the report comes out structured, and a machine's history is just one question away.
    What it changes
Less time writing, more breakdowns anticipated.
  • The tracking spreadsheet

    At an industrial subcontractor

    Today
Stock or sales analysis depends on the one person who knows Excel.
    With AI
Everyone asks the spreadsheet their question and gets the analysis, on their own file.
    What it changes
Decisions no longer depend on a single person.

How it works.

A navy blue industrial building with yellow ducts and an external staircase, under a blue sky.
Duration
One day or two half-days.
Location
At your premises or remotely, at the same price. For on-site sessions, travel costs are extra.
Participants
Up to 15, ideally 8 to 10 so everyone gets hands-on. Beyond around ten people of different levels, we split the group.
The decision-maker in the room
The leader or real decision-maker takes part in the day.
After the day
Usage is measured at 30 days, and a Q&A channel stays open for 3 months.

One day kick-starts new habits. Three months make them stick.

30 minutes to understand your needs and point you to the right training. No commitment.

Your questions.

Which tool is the Bootcamp run on?

The one your team already uses: Copilot, Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT. We choose the main tool together before the day, and in the afternoon we also show you the tools that complement it.

My team is a complete beginner. Is the Bootcamp right for them?

Yes. A self-assessment sent before the day tailors the content to your team. A team new to AI spends more time on the fundamentals, a team already comfortable moves faster to its cases. Either way, everyone builds their first AI agents.

What if levels vary widely within the team?

The self-assessment shows us beforehand. Beyond around ten people of very different levels, we split the group so everyone can progress at their own pace.

How many people can be trained?

Up to 15 per group, ideally 8 to 10 so everyone really gets hands-on. Beyond that, we organise several groups, at €2,500 excl. VAT each.

On site or remote?

Both, at the same price. On site, we come to your premises and travel costs are added. The day can also be split into two half-days.

Does each participant need a licence?

Ideally yes, since we practise all day on your documents. If not everyone in the team has access to the tool yet, we discuss it before the day to find the right set-up.

Do our documents stay confidential?

Yes. We work in your tool, with your accounts, and we choose with you beforehand which files are used for the exercises. The morning also covers confidentiality, security and GDPR: what you can entrust to AI, and what must stay in-house.

Why does the leader need to be in the room?

Because they decide what gets put in place afterwards. When the real decision-maker sees the cases working on their own files, adoption starts the following week.

What happens after the day?

We measure actual usage 30 days later, and a Q&A channel stays open for three months. With Bootcamp+, we also come back three times, one two-hour session a month, with the same team.

Bootcamp or Bootcamp+: which should I choose?

The Bootcamp kick-starts new habits, Bootcamp+ makes them stick. Without follow-up, a team quickly slips back into old habits. Bootcamp+ adds three remote sessions to review progress, unblock what's stuck and take one case further, often an agent. You can also add this follow-up after the Bootcamp, for €2,000 excl. VAT.

Is the Bootcamp fundable by your OPCO?

Yes. StratIA is Qualiopi certified (QUA009710), and the Bootcamp and Bootcamp+ can be funded by your OPCO, depending on your sector and size. We provide the programme, agreement, attendance sheets and certificates.

How do we organise a Bootcamp?

You book 30 minutes with us. We make the four choices together (tool, sector, level, team), send you a costed quote, then send the self-assessment to your team before the day.
