For a team, it's the Bootcamp, one day on your tools and your files. For several teams, a specific role or one-to-one coaching for an executive, it's custom support. The Copilot Accelerator costs €250 excl. VAT per person (€300 incl. VAT), €2,000 excl. VAT for 10 people and €3,200 excl. VAT for 25. The Bootcamp costs €2,500 excl. Yes, as long as the training organisation is Qualiopi certified. StratIA is Qualiopi certified (number QUA009710) and prepares the paperwork with you: programme, agreement, attendance sheets and certificates. The amount covered depends on your OPCO, your sector and the size of your company.
No. Our training is designed for non-technical teams: sales, HR, finance, technicians, managers, executives. We start from each person's actual level and their real files.
The ones your teams already use: Microsoft Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, Google Gemini in Gmail, Sheets and Docs, Claude and ChatGPT. We always work on your own documents.
There's no single best tool: it all depends on the software you already use and your line of work. A company on Microsoft 365 will get the most out of Copilot, a company on Google Workspace out of Gemini, while Claude and ChatGPT excel at analysing long documents and writing. We follow every tool on the market to help you choose.
By default, yes. On free versions, and even on paid personal subscriptions, these tools can use your conversations to train their models unless you turn this setting off. Enterprise plans (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Gemini for Google Workspace, ChatGPT Business, Claude enterprise plans) do not train models on your data. Every training course teaches you to tell the difference.
It depends on the format. The Copilot Accelerator runs over three months, at your own pace. The Bootcamp lasts one day or two half-days, and the Bootcamp+ adds three follow-up sessions over three months. Custom support lasts from a few weeks to several months.
We measure it. 30 days after each training, we review actual usage, with the manager or directly with the people trained. And a channel for questions stays open for three months.
